• 08/18/06: Loop Framework Study Proposal put together by George Crandall. We would like the Portland City Council to consider using this as a basis for a funded review of the long-term central city plan.
• The January 16, 2004 presentation to the Portland Freeway Loop Advisory Group is located here. It is in Microsoft Powerpoint format, and is 17 MB large. Accompanying the presentation is this Microsoft Word document, which is the speaking cues for the presentation.
• For those of you not blessed with high speed Internet connections (or no access to Powerpoint), an HTML version of the presentation is available here.
• Download an early Powerpoint presentation, from December 18, 2001. You must have Microsoft PowerPoint installed on your machine to view the presentation. The easiest way to save the presentation to your local computer is to right-click on the Download link and select "Save Target As...". Please note that this is a 52 megabyte file -- only attempt to download it if you have a broadband connection!
• December 18, 2001 HMTL version of the presentation. Includes information about the Rose Quarter, McLoughlin Boulevard, and more complete vision.
